Pilot Rehabilitation Program -- 0% interest loans with no payments for qualified homeowners. The loan decreases each year and becomes a grant after 15 years of owner occupancy. (Limit time only for this program.)

City of Raleigh Deferred Payment Loan Program -- to help low-income and elderly (age 62 or older) and disabled homeowners repair their homes. No payments and no interest, as long as the homeowner lives in the house.

Wake County Rehabilitation Loan Program -- helps low-income and elderly (age 62 or older) homeowners who need major repairs to their homes. Deferred and low monthly payment loans are available.

Town of Cary Rehabilitation Loan Program -- helps low-income homeowners make major repairs to their homes. The loan is for five years with a declining balance to zero.

Program Qualifications:

• Homeowner needs to meet minimum income levels.
• Homeowner needs to have adequate equity in the home.
• Home must be owner occupied.
